  8. Preheat oven and bake it at 200C for 15 min. Rotate the tray and bake for another 5 min.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the half and half, orange juice, egg, and orange peel or oil. Add this mixture to the flour mixture and stir till the dough just comes together. Remove from oven and let scones sit on baking sheet for a couple minutes before removing to a wire rack. for the orange glaze: While scones are still warm, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together all glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle the orange glaze over the scones.
