Steps to make Pan Fried Ravioli:
In a pan heat one tbsp of olive oil. Then put chopped garlic in it. After few second add chopped onion. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Then add carrots, beans, capcicum, sweet corn. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt. After few second add Italian seasoning. Mix well. Switch the flame off and let it cool. Add grated cheese and keep aside.
Take a bowl add olive oil, salt and one egg. Whisk them properly. Then add all purpose flour in it and mix well. Mix gently so that it looks like sand.
Add little water and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. Or until it becomes smooth. Put it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
