  8. Keep the balls in a baking tray,cover with a warm cloth and leave for 10 minutes for proofing.
  9. Meanwhile heat an oven at 180 °c for 10 minutes.Give the buns a milk wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds on them.
  10. Bake the buns at 180 °c for 20 -25 minutes.
  11. After 20-25 minutes Check with toothpick(time of baking may vary from oven to oven).Here I baked the buns for 22 minutes.
  12. Take out thebuns from oven,apply butter on it and cover with a moist cloth.
  13. Serve after 5 minutes.
