  4. Place the combination in he oven at 220°F for 8-10 minutes until the egg is at your desired consistency.
  5. When its finished add a spoonful of sour cream to the top. Lay the chopped parsley on the dish and you're ready to serve.

To everyone talking about this being bland and that this needs sour cream and melted cheese - this is actually a paleo diet staple and that's where this recipe originally started to. Add milk, salt and pepper; stir in avocado. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add egg mixture; cook and stir gently until the eggs are completely set.
