Marinated with Choice or higher grade US Beef Rib Eye sliced meat. Serve over rice or with Hawaiian sweet bread for a yummy little sandwich. I like to top the pulled pork with sliced roasted red peppers, blue cheese, and chimichurri sauce to make a delicious sandwich with Argentinean flavor.

Pulled Pork is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. They are nice and they look fantastic. Pulled Pork is something that I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have pulled pork using 8 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Pulled Pork:

  1. Get 2 beef tomatoes, roughly chopped
  2. Take 2 red peppers, roughly chopped
  3. Get 4 clove of garlic, crushed in skin
  4. Get 3 shallots, roughly chopped
  5. Make ready 1 carrot, roughly chopped
  6. Take 1/2 chilli pepper
  7. Prepare 1 1/4 kg boneless pork shoulder
  8. Prepare 500 ml chicken stock

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder. This easy Pulled Pork recipe is made with pork shoulder (or butt), pantry spices and coke to tenderize the meat and add sweetness to the seasonings. The result if perfect, tender and juicy pork cooked in the oven, slow cooker or instant pot! Whether you're planning food for a party, BBQ, or a simple weeknight dinner, this pulled pork recipe is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

Steps to make Pulled Pork:

  1. Pre-heat an oven to 190°C / 170°C fan.
  2. Place all the veg into a deep roasting tin and drizzle with oil. Place in the oven to roast for 25-30mins.
  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and brown the pork shoulder.
  4. Take the roasting tin out the oven and reduce the oven heat to 150°C / 130°C fan and place the pork on top of veg. Use a bit of the vegetable stock to deglaze the pan. Pour into the tin and then pour in the rest of the stock, make sure not to cover the meat completely.
  5. Cover the tin with foil and place in the oven for about 5 hours.
  6. Uncover the tin and cook for a further 25-30mins.
  7. Once cooked, leave the pork to one side to rest. Place all the vegetables in a blender and blend to create a sauce. (Add some stock if you wish to thin it out)
  8. Pull the meat apart using two forks. At this stage you can either mix in the meat with the sauce or use the sauce separately.
  9. Warm up some pitta bread to serve.
