Steps to make Beef yakhni pulao:

  1. Ek malmal ka kapda len. - Usme darchini, sabat kali mirchen, sonf, laung, sabat dhania, badi ilaichi, sabz ilaichi, jaifal, javitri, badiyan aur tez patte shamil kren aur potli bana len.
  2. Ek pressure cooker pot mein beef, namak, 6 glasses pani, sabat masalon ki potli, sabat lehsan chhilke k sath, adrak ka piece aur sabat piyaz shamil kren. - Flame high kren aur 1 wristle k baad 15 mins pressure cook kren.
  3. 15 mins k baad flame off krden aur pressure release hone k baad pressure cooker open kren aur yakhni aur beef ko separate kren. - NOTE: Sabat lehsan rakh len, wo beef ko bhunte time shamil kiya jaega.
  4. Ek deep pot len aur oil shamil kren. - Flame ko medium rakhen aur oil garam hone pr safed zeera aur shahi zeera shamil kren. - 1 minute bhoon len phir 3 adad piyaz slices mein shamil kren. Piyaz ko golden brown hone tk fry kren phir thore se piyaz nikal len aur thora sa pani shamil kren taake piyaz zyada dark na hojaen.
  5. Beef shamil kren aur adrak lehsan ka paste aur hari mirchon ka paste bhi shamil kren. - Sath hi jo boiled lehsan rakha hua tha uska paste bhi shamil kren aur beef ko bhoon len. Slice kiye hue tamater, namak aur kutti lal mirch shamil kren.
  6. Tamater gal jane k baad 4 glasses yakhni shamil kren. - Pani boil hone k baad lemon juice shamil kren. - 2 glasses chawal wash krke aur 30 mins tk bhigo lene k baad strain krke shamil kren aur isi time pe namak adjust krlen.
  7. Jb pani dry hone lage aur chawalon mein bubbles ane lagen to uske uper jo brown piyaz rakhe hue the wo daal den aur 6-7 hari mirchein bhi daal den aur dhania podina bhi.
  8. Aluminium foil ya kapde se cover kren aur low flame pr 15 mins tk dum den.
  9. 15 mins k baad chawal khol len aur halke haathon hila len aur serve kren.
