To serve, spoon the rice into the centre of four serving plates. For sauce, lightly brown onion and green pepper in drippings. My husband said they were great. Next time I think I will make sauce with ketchup instead if tomato sauce.

Take 500 gms chicken mince or boneless chicken, add 5 garlic cloves,1 green chilli, 2 to 3 stalks of spring onion,1egg,1 tbsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp crushed black pepper,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 cup bread crumbs,1/4 cup parmesan cheese and salt grind it all together, marinate for about 2 hours!
  2. Grease hands with little oil,make small balls of it and deep fry till golden in colour,once ready keep aside!
  3. Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together (1/4 cup hot sauce,1/4cup tomato ketchup,2 tbsp brown sugar,1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar,1 tbsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes)
  4. Take a non-stick pan add the sauce mix to it, add little water and let it comes to the boiling point add chopped spring onion and mix it gently add all the fried meatballs to it mix it well! Ready..garnish with freshly chopped spring onion!
