  8. Meanwhile cook the broccoli in the pan, tossing and breaking it up so that it becomes like a sauce. Add a ladle or more of pasta water to allow help this
  9. Just before the pasta time is up, add the cream and cook together well with the broccoli
  10. When the pasta is 2 minutes from cooked, add to the pan and cook with the sauce to your desired level of firmness, add plenty of pasta water to help keep the pasta light and loose. It can drink a lot!
  11. Add the extra virgin olive oil, mix together and serve
