Instructions to make Women Health /Remedy:

  1. Peel off skin, wash and cut all (i like to roughly blend mine) put all in a clean container and add water.
  2. I like to add mint leave to help with tummy fat (just my way).
  3. Keep for 2-3 days. After which one can take a glass 30mins before eating in the morning and 30mins after eating at night.
  4. All traces of infection will disappear, u can repeat by adding water and leaving for 2days to continue remedy.
