  21. Make ready 2 tbsp Fried cashew nuts paste
  22. Get 2 tbsp Refined oil (for frying) Tomato gravy : Ghee -
  23. Prepare 1 inch Cinnamon -
  24. Prepare 10 Black Peppercorns
  25. Prepare Water
  26. Get 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder -
  27. Make ready 1 tsp Cream -

Now add cinnamon powder, cream and red chilli powder. stir well and add the koftas. Cook for some time and serve hot. Button mushroom in tomato gravy is a tangy and spicy mushroom dish made into a curry. The Indian vegetarian recipe is hugely popular among mushroom lovers.

  1. For the filling, Fry chopped garlic in oil and add the spinach and saute. Add salt. Cool it for few minutes and then mix rest of the dough ingredients together to form a dough.

  4. Then add water and keep boiling for 10 minutes. Strain the tomato gravy.Heat another kadhai with some more ghee. Add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Then add the strained tomato curry and stir. Then add the fried cashew nuts paste.Add jeera powder, salt and leave it to simmer.
  6. Add red chilli powder, cinnamon powder, little cream.finally add the koftas and serve.

For the tomato gravy, heat the oil in a saucepan and add the cumin and mustard seeds. When they start to pop, add the remaining ingredients. Add the paneer kofta into the tomato gravy and garnish with fresh cilantro. Depending on the quality of the tomatoes, you may need to add a pinch of sugar to balance out the flavors. Serving Ideas: It is an excellent standalone snack when served with tomato sauce or green chutney.
