Andong jjimdak is a South Korean dish consisting of braised chicken that is doused in a sweet and subtly spicy sauce which is infused with honey and soy sauce. 안동 찜닭, AnDong JjimDak. Andong is the name of a Korean city, and this special dish is a very famous food from that area. It is also popular with many. Brown sugar, carrot, chicken thighs, corn syrup, cucumber, dried red chili pepper, garlic, green chili pepper, green onion, ground black pepper, mushrooms, onion, oyster sauce, red chili pepper, rice syrup, sesame oil, sesame seeds, starch noodles, vegetable oil.

Steps to make Korean Andong-jjimdak:

  1. Mixed all the sauce ingredients in a jag.
