Everyone needs a great everyday Spaghetti Bolognese recipe, and this is mine! We Aussies have a thing about shortening words. Our best ever spaghetti bolognese is super easy and a true Italian classic with a meaty, chilli sauce.

Spaghetti Bolognese is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. Spaghetti Bolognese is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have spaghetti bolognese using 11 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Spaghetti Bolognese:

  1. Get 2 Tins Tomatoes
  2. Get Garlic Paste
  3. Take Tomato Paste
  4. Take 1 Onion
  5. Make ready 250 g Minced Beef
  6. Take Hendersons Relish
  7. Prepare Mixed Herbs
  8. Prepare 150 ml Red Wine
  9. Make ready Glug of olive oil
  10. Prepare Spaghetti
  11. Get Parmesan

Everyone needs a basic spaghetti Bolognese recipe that still tastes great, no matter how simple. Get that depth of flavour by cooking the sauce very gently until it's super rich. Who doesn't love pasta drenched in a meaty tomato sauce! Another option and a family favourite is Spaghetti Carbonara, which I also make often!

Instructions to make Spaghetti Bolognese:

  1. Chop the onion into small pieces, add to cooking pot and fry in olive oil.
  2. Once the onions are starting to go translucent, add the tomato paste, mixed herbs, and garlic paste. Keep stirring for roughly a minute.
  3. Add the minced beef in batches, making sure to brown it off completely before adding more. Then add the red wine and allow to reduce for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the two tins of tomatoes, and allow to simmer on the hob for 15/20 minutes. Once the pot is in the oven the sauce won't really reduce, so it is important to reduce it at this stage.
  5. Remove the pot from the hob, and place it in the middle shelf of a preheated oven set to 100C. I like to leave it at least an hour in the oven, but can be left for longer.
  6. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Add with the sauce (mix it all in together) and top with grated parmesan.

Despite growing up in an Irish family, at least once a week we channeled our inner Italian and enjoyed this Italian classic. Yep, Chinese Spaghetti Bolognese, ground beef in a delicious and silky Chinese-style brown Yep, that's right-Chinese Spaghetti Bolognese. The name popped into my head as I was making this dish. This is perhaps the best spaghetti bolognese recipe you'll ever have. One pot wonder that will leave you wishing you had doubled the recipe.
