  5. Pour the batter into the loaf tin and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (it could take up to 60 minutes depending on your oven).
  6. Check if it's done by sticking a skewer in the center for a couple seconds. If it comes out clean, it's done! If not, bake it another few minutes until done.
  7. Remove the loaf onto a wire rack and let it cool for 15 minutes. Then remove it from the tin and let it finish cooling all the way.
