Butter Chicken is an easy recipe that's full of savory flavor with warm spices. This mild curry has tender chunks of chicken simmered in a creamy spiced curry sauce. It's quick to make with chicken, tomato sauce, cream, and handful of pantry spices.

Steps to make Butter chicken:

  1. Add all ingredients in yogurt, mix it well. Then add chicken in this mixture. Keep it in the fridge for marination upto 1 hour.
  2. Heat the oil and add the marinated chicken in that pan cook untill done.
  3. In another pan heat the butter, add cinnamon, cardamom,onion, ginger garlic paste, Crushed green chili Saute untill onions are translucent.
  4. Now add tomato paste mix well. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 mints.
  5. Now add cumin powder, salt,turmeric powder and paprika powder mix and cook for 2 to 3 mint. Add some water
  6. In a bowl add cream and milk mix them well.
  7. Add this mixture gradually in gravy, cook untill thickened.
  8. Add cooked chicken in gravy and mix it.
  9. Now cover the pan and cook the butter chicken on low flame for 4 to 5 mints. Garnish with cream.
