  12. Get 1 tsp crushed kasturi methi
  13. Take 1 tsp Salt
  14. Make ready 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Butter Chicken is an easy recipe that's full of savory flavor with warm spices. This mild curry has tender chunks of chicken simmered in a creamy spiced curry sauce. It's quick to make with chicken, tomato sauce, cream, and handful of pantry spices.

Instructions to make Butter chicken:

  1. Take a big pan add onion tomato es salt dry masala all ingredients except cream and masoori methi!
  2. Now saute for a minute just for go the raw smell of gi nger and garlic but not change the colour red chilli and tomato es colour should not change! Now add one glass of water and cook till mashy!
  3. Now fry the marinated chicken i use only salt and little garlic and finger and keep it for 1 hour! U should ready first. And fry in butter or oil as desire!
  4. Now cool the gravy and pour extra water from a strainer it will use in the gravy take out bay leaves now grind with a vender or in mixy now again strain gravy ifany things means we need a creamy smooth gravy now add chicken in it !
  5. Now take smooth puree and strained water and cover with lid cook with chicken till soft ! Now add little cream kasoori methi
  6. Pour ina serving bowl and pour cream onit !Our restaurant style butter chicken is ready !Serve with roti nan and chapati!
