  1. Prepare 25 - frozen ravioli - thawed
  2. Prepare 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  3. Get 1/2 cup milk or buttermilk
  4. Prepare 1 jar marina sause or pizza sause
  5. Make ready parsley and parmesan cheese for garnish
  6. Get 2 eggs

Dip ravioli in sour cream mixture, then in bread crumb mixture to coat evenly. Place ravioli on nonstick baking sheet. Dip ravioli into melted butter, then into bread crumb mixture to coat evenly. Place ravioli onto nonstick baking sheet.

Instructions to make Crispy Ravioli:

  1. Lay breadcrumbs on a plate and shake to even out. Mix eggs and milk together until combined.Set up a dipping station with egg mixture and breadcrumbs beside each other.Prepare a baking sheet lined with foil.
  2. Add enough oil to a large pot to reach a depth of 2". Heat to 325º.while oil is heating up. Dip thawed raviloi's in egg wash then in breadcrumbs. Shake off excess and lay on baking sheet.
  3. Fry Ravioli's in batches about 2 minutes each side until golden Brown. Remove from oil. Drain on paper towels. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.

Ravioli alone is so yummy, but when you bread it in herbaceous breadcrumbs and crunchy Panko before frying, it just gets even better.
