Now to make Bachmel sauce, heat a pan, add butter and garlic, saute for a few seconds. Then add flour and mix.
Add milk after just a minute, flour shouldn't change the color, and mix well so that there should be no lumps.
Add grated cheese and mix, cook on low flame till cheese is melted.
Now heat oil in a pan add garlic and saute till brown. Add raviolis and cook on low flame till a bit crispy.
Your colorful raviolis are ready. Serve hot as it is.. or pour the Bachmel sauce over it.
Continue to whisk until the sauce is thickened. add the freshly grated nutmeg if using. Sauté the garlic and onions in the butter or oil until the onions are translucent. Add a little water if the spinach is dry. Cook until the spinach wilts then remove it from the heat; set aside. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and saute minced garlic until fragrant.
